L’eau Claire freshwater fish farm is a natural site in Saint-Ferréol-Trente-Pas near Nyons
It’s nestled in an enchanting setting. Trout are raised in clay ponds of pure, clear spring water

Eggs incubate through the winter ; it takes over a year for a trout to reach 250 grams.
Our trout are raised on certified organic fishmeal.
We supply fishing rods and bait but you are welcome to bring your own fishing tackle. Afterwards we will clean your catch for you, all you have to do is toss them in a pan! They are delicious!

In our boutique we offer trout rilletes and terrines as well as other farm products: einkorn, and homemade soaps!

There is also a shady picnic area on the grounds
Not far from the fish farm is a rock climbing spot with routes for every level
Our camper van friends are welcome and a parking lot is available on the premises.
